Services include a number of support groups for patients, caregivers, and those newly diagnosed; educational opportunities, literature, and speakers; fundraisers; a PD-specific wellness program with Gannon University; and a monthly newsletter.

Guided by their individualized plan, support can include a number of activities, including case management, crisis intervention services available 24/7, skill development, work on vocation and employment, and more.

Supervises activities and social contacts for those older adults who require more support than can be provided at a Senior Community Center. Offers respite for caregivers enabling them to work outside of the home or offer a break from the daily rigors of twenty-four hour care giving. SERVICES: socialization & recreation, nutrition, transportation, supervision & basic personal care, reality orientation, and Self-help training can be found in the Adult Day Care Centers.

Provides many different types of health and well-being services to older adults. Some may include: hospice and respite care, wound care services, short-term rehabilitation, physical/speech/occupational therapy, and fall management program.

Serves as a crisis respite service that provides families, who are in a crisis, with a temporary home and family to care for their children, while the parents work through the crisis at hand.

Provides assistance and support to Cancer patients and their families, including home-delivered meals, a support group, and respite facility.
