Provides licensed homes in the community with 24/7 staff member support. Assistance is provided withmedications, meals, housekeeping, finances, decision-making, health and wellness, and emotional well-being. The Residential Program is offered on a long-term or a short-term basis. Supported Living program enables the individual to remain at home with support from staff to manage personal resources, health, mobility, transportation, and use of community resources to promote independence.

Provides many different types of health and well-being services to older adults. Some may include: hospice and respite care, wound care services, short-term rehabilitation, physical/speech/occupational therapy, and fall management program.

Offers respite services to those caring for an adult with behavioral or mental health needs by providing temporary accommodations or in-home care for your loved one, with a qualified Access Services host family, capable of meeting all of his or her personal needs.

Provides respite child care and memberships to military families.

Offers respite services to persons caring for children with behavioral or mental health needs by providing temporary accommodations or in-home care for your loved one with a qualified Access Services host family, capable of meeting all of their personal needs.

Provides youth and their families with intensive support in their homes, school and community through our wraparound-advocacy model. Staff meet with youth and families multiple times a week at times most needed by the family, with an emphasis on safety and support. Individualized service plans balance involuntary service demands with activities driven by the family's prioritized wants and needs.

Offers personal care options in a residential setting. Long term and respite services are available.

Provides short term, temporary care for families who need an interval of relief from the daily challenges that come with caring for a child with mental and behavioral health needs.

Provides support and assistance. Services may be for a few hours and provided in families' homes or overnight and/or a weekend provided in approved qualified providers' homes.

Offers adult day programs and care. Provides support and temporarily relief for caregivers. Participants can choose to attend programs as often as they would like. Flexible scheduling like half or full days. Programming includes: Exercise classes, Educational presentations, Medication administration, Bathing assistance, Personal care assistance, etc.

Provides adult day programs and training, supportive employment services, children’s services-three approved private schools, medical rehabilitation, camp and respite programs, and residential and veterans’ services. The essential tools and resources provided enable individuals with disabilities to live their best life.

Provides short-term respite care in the event that a child needs periodic stays with a foster family during weekends, holidays, or other time periods. Respite care guarantees that a child always has a safe, familiar place to stay where he/she has already established productive family relationships. Respite care can also serve as a backup living arrangement in the event that a child needs to relocate.

Offers independent living, supportive independent living, personal care services, and skilled nursing. Also offers short-term respite or "give it a try" stays. Resident activities include dining service; cooking, gardening, glee, and walking clubs; daily exercise; trips to restaurants, local shops, and concerts; crafts; musical entertainment; cards and Bingo; and a wrap-around porch.

Variety Club Camp and Developmental Center offers a wide array of programs and services for children with disabilities. Including after school care, Saturday and/or weekend respite, summer programs, and sports and aquatics programs

Provides independent living, residential living, personal care, nursing facility, skilled nursing, speech/occupational/physical/respiratory therapies, adult day services, palliative care and The Gallagher Center (39 bed Alzheimer's Center features a wander track, enclosed courtyard and private/semi-private rooms). Services include activity programming, active volunteer program, intergenerational programs, beauty and barber services, on-site chapel and pastoral services.

Overnight respite camp is modeled after their summer camp allowing them to provide two days and nights of respite for families. Held at the campus of the Pocono Environmental Education Center. Activities include seasonal and nature inspired arts and crafts, birdwatching, nature hikes, animal studies, foliage exploration and more. For ages 10 to adult. Staffing ratio 1:3. TSS and other staff welcome.

Offers a recovery community for individual who are experiencing distress and feel that they would benefit from participation in a short term, 24 hour peer-to-peer supportive environment with others who have experienced recovery and can provide support.
