The program also includes education on how to maintain and sustain a property once it has been purchased. Using a predominantly volunteer workforce, Open Hand Ministries also purchases and renovates properties for those low-medium income families who qualify.

Participants needs to have a Smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer and a device that has a web camera so that the counselor can clearly see you during the session.
