Based upon the circumstances, company CARES representatives make referrals to social agencies and provide information on appropriate company and/or external programs. Provides assistance for completing applications for the CAP UGI (Gas) Assistance Program. Program offers qualified low-income customers assistance in managing their gas utility bill. Provides a personalized monthly payment based on income and average bill. Past due debt forgiveness with on time monthly payments is available for those eligible. The difference between the CAP payment and the actual usage bill may also be forgiven.
