Optional billing programs include:

  • Payment Date Extension Plan allows customer to extend the due date of the electric bill to coincide with their monthly pension/social security check.
  • Double Notice Protection Plan enables customers to arrange for an individual or social service agency to receive a copy of all overdue or termination notices to alleviate problems.
