The goals of PCAP are to: * Improve ability to make a payment * Reduce consumption of electricity (eligible PCAP customers must participate in WARM) * Reduce electric account debt 2) Customer Assistance & Referral Evaluation Services Program (CARES): Provides assistance on a short-term basis to payment-troubled residential customers. Based upon the circumstances, company CARES representatives make referrals to social agencies and provide information on appropriate company and/or external programs. CAP Program arranges a reduced payment plan for UGI-Penn Natural Gas customers who are eligible and have an active UGI-PNG account. Customers must have a verifiable source of income on which the CAP payment is based. Part of the customer agreement with UGI-PNG is that the customer apply for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program). SLHDA, Inc. is able to assist UGI-PNG customers with the completion of their LIHEAP application and forward the application to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare for processing.

Provides a personalized monthly payment based on income and average bill. Past due debt forgiveness with on time monthly payments is available for those eligible.
