Part of the customer agreement with UGI-PNG is that the customer apply for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program). SLHDA, Inc. is able to assist UGI-PNG customers with the completion of their LIHEAP application and forward the application to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare for processing.
