That percentage could change if the customer’s household income changes, or if the household reaches its annual maximum credit. For first-time CAP-PIPP enrollees, past-due balance may be forgiven.

Provides a personalized monthly payment based on income and average bill. Past due debt forgiveness with on time monthly payments is available for those eligible.
