These programs offer a reduced monthly payment as coverage for utility service, cancel a portion of any debt owed to the company, and provide energy education and weatherization services.

Offers personalized monthly payment amounts based on gross income, household size, and energy usage at the property. CAP Program does not help with shut off notices. CAP Program arranges a reduced payment plan for UGI-Penn Natural Gas customers who are eligible and have an active UGI-PNG account. Customers must have a verifiable source of income on which the CAP payment is based. Part of the customer agreement with UGI-PNG is that the customer apply for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program). SLHDA, Inc. is able to assist UGI-PNG customers with the completion of their LIHEAP application and forward the application to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare for processing.

Provides a personalized monthly payment based on income and average bill. Past due debt forgiveness with on time monthly payments is available for those eligible. The difference between the CAP payment and the actual usage bill may also be forgiven.
