Program provides individualized instruction and classes in diabetes self-management and follow up care. Includes an Insulin pump program and a wide range of medical services. Camp Red Jacket is a week-long summer camp for children ages 6-12 with diabetes. Camp is held every June.

Offers weekly, private, 2-hour life coaching sessions, accountability, and guidance.

Provides drug and alcohol treatment services on an outpatient and intensive outpatient basis in an environment that is non- threatening, safe and comfortable for adults and adolescents. Provides a workforce development program for adults experiencing a variety of barriers to employment while providing cost effective outsourced labor solutions to customers, including packaging, assembly, kitting, shrink-wrapping, and mailing.

St. Joseph's Physical Therapy Program offers the following Outpatient Services: Land-based treatment modalities are available for patients diagnosed with acute, sub-acute and chronic conditions including rheumatologic, musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurological. Rehabilitation services are provided for post-fracture, back/neck injuries, soft tissue injuries, work-related injury and other pathologies.

Provides vouchers for shelter for people facing eviction, needing a security deposit to secure housing, or needing overnight shelter. Provides utility vouchers for those in danger of having their gas, electric, or water turned off. Provides food vouchers for transients needing a meal after food bank hours. Provides transportation for those stranded and unable to get transportation out of the community. Other emergency situations or other monetary crises on a case-by-case basis.

Offers surgical services in operating and procedure rooms equipped with advanced technology, including high-definition video laparoscopy and endoscopy units, LED overhead lighting, intra-operative radiography (X-ray), and patient warming devices. Performs a range of procedures across multiple specialties, including cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, thoracic surgery, urology, podiatry, and anesthesia services.

CORE (Capitalizing On a Recovery Environment) is a long-term community residential program for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues who returning from prison. CORE utilizes the ROSC (Recovery-Oriented System of Care) model.

Provides funds and offers referrals for food, clothing, fuel, and/or rental assistance. Assists with car insurance payment if it means a person has no other transportation to work.

Provides rental assistance payments for eligible families leasing from participating landlords.

Provides Blended/Intensive Case management and Resource Coordination. Case managers serve children and adults who have a serious and persistent mental illness which interferes with their capacity to function in significant areas of daily life over a prolonged period of time. Case managers provide consumers with information about appropriate community services and resources and support them in accessing these services. Services include psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring, service Coordination, psychiatrist supports, crisis intervention, social skills training, psychiatric rehabilitation, vocational assessment, housing supports, activities of daily living, peer support services, and leisure time training.

Enforces laws throughout Franklin County and provides services including concealed carry permits, personal property sales, real estate sales, and sheriff civil service.

The rehabilitation program is composed of specialized rehab nurses, physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapists as well as social services, case managers and neuropsychology. Physiatrists (physical medicine physicians) and therapists are available seven days a week. The inpatient program provides an enriched environment that enhances patients' abilities to regain as much functional independence as possible to return to home or a community setting.
