The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals. In addition to VITA, the Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) program offers free tax help for all taxpayers, particularly those who are 60 years of age and older, specializing in questions about pensions and retirement-related issues unique to seniors. The IRS-certified volunteers who provide tax counseling are often retired individuals associated with non-profit organizations that receive grants from the IRS.

Speech, occupational, physical, and pulmonary therapy services are offered 6 days a week in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

WIC provides low-income pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children under age 5 who are nutritionally at-risk with nutritious foods, nutrition and health education, breastfeeding promotion and a referral system for health and social services.

Maintains a world-wide directory of Survivors of Incest Annonymous (SIA) self-help and support group meetings. Creates and distributes information tools such as literature, newsletter, and electronic media.

Provides an auto warranty dispute resolution program to help build trust and confidence in the automotive marketplace. Proceedings are informal and in most cases can be resolved through telephone discussions facilitated by BBB staff. Disputes not resolved by agreement may proceed to arbitration and the arbitrator will decide how the dispute will be resolved.

Provides referrals for eye exams and glasses for individuals without insurance.

This program provides free groceries and essential food items to eligible individuals and families in need.
